The board of HDVS was a group of smart and committed people, but they were stuck. In late 2023, they brought in Kraft Consultants to guide them through a strategic planning process that lent itself to action. Michael Kraft interviewed board members and staff, distilled their ideas, and facilitated a retreat where those ideas were put into a forward-looking action plan.
Michael has a great talent for bringing people together, flushing their ideas out into the open, and pushing them to act on those ideas.

Petrusha Law Firm
Petrusha Law is an estate planning and administration firm, and founder Angela Petrusha is committed to working on her business, not just in it. In 2024, she brought Kraft Consultants on board to help the firm plan for the next period. Michael interviewed staff, reported back on their ideas and concerns, facilitated a strategic planning retreat and, with Ms. Petrusha's oversight, wrote the 2025 workplan.
